Choose a business funding request
Describe what your business needs and choose a relevant request form below. If a funding partner's program may fit, the partner may ask for more information. Each partner makes its own decision, and you decide whether to continue.
One connected journey
Choose the next step you need.
Preparation is optional. You can use the request form when you are ready; these guides do not determine eligibility.
Choose a request
Start with the business activity and review the request service.
Prepare the details
Build a private records index and identify what still needs checking.
Understand the next step
Keep received, submitted and reviewed statuses distinct.
Staffing invoice and factoring requests are unavailable in FL, GA and MO.
Start with your industry
Choose the industry or purchase that best describes your request. The destination form lets you explain the business and its need.
Check availability first
All request services exclude FL and GA. Equipment requests also exclude CA, MO, ND and VT; staffing invoice and factoring requests also exclude MO. Restaurant, hospitality and repair-shop operating-request services also exclude CT, MO, TX and VA. Other program restrictions may apply.

Start on MachineFundedOther business needs — retail, trades, e-commerce and services
Brevo Capital lets you describe the business expense and select the type of funding you are seeking. An available program may depend on the product, business details and state.
Make the request specific
Separate the purchase from the operating need
A replacement machine, an inventory order and an open invoice describe different needs. List what the funds would cover and which records explain it. If there are several needs, describe each one separately so the request stays clear.
Check the details before sharing documents
Make sure business names and contact details are consistent. Note missing information in a quote or invoice instead of guessing. A funding partner may request additional records through its application process if a program may fit.
Funding questions, straight answers
Which request form should I choose?
Choose the form that best describes the need. MachineFunded is for equipment purchase requests; ShiftFunded is for staffing and business invoice requests. The other industry forms let you explain an operating need. Brevo Capital includes a funding-type choice if your need spans several categories.
What should I have ready before starting?
Check your business name, state, contact details and the purpose of the request. For equipment, have the seller’s quote and equipment description available. For invoices, organize the receivables and any records showing that the work or goods were accepted. A funding partner may ask for additional information.
What happens after I submit a request?
The request is reviewed for a possible fit with an available program. If a funding partner’s program may fit, the partner may contact you or request a separate application and supporting information. A request is not a funding decision. You decide whether to continue.
Where should I send business documents?
Use the secure document process provided for your request. Do not put bank statements, identity documents or account credentials in social comments. If you are unsure about a document request, contact support@merchant-dash.com before sharing it.
A funding partner may request a separate application and supporting information. Review the information provided by that partner before deciding whether to proceed. Availability depends on the product, business state and partner review.
