What is Zoho CRM and is it worth considering?

Zoho CRM is one of the best-value CRMs on the market — it offers a surprisingly deep feature set (workflows, AI scoring, custom modules) at significantly lower prices than HubSpot or Salesforce. It's part of the broader Zoho One suite, which makes it attractive if you're already using Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, or other Zoho products.
