Merchant Dash Business Planner

Merchant Dash LLC operates this project-organization tool. The server accepts only project categories, preparation stages and record-category selections. Optional project-brief notes in the interactive view stay in that view and your copy or download; the planner does not send them to its server or the conversation. Do not send names, contact details, account information, tax identifiers, financial statements or documents.
In ChatGPT, the selected categories travel through the host to our MCP endpoint to generate a checklist. On the standalone website, planning runs in your browser. The planner does not save your selections, checklist or exported plan in a Merchant Dash database, use them for marketing, or send them to a lender. Checklist changes remain only in the current view and may disappear when it closes or reloads.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes ordinary request data such as network addresses and request timestamps to deliver and secure the service. We do not add advertising pixels or behavioral analytics to the planner. The application does not intentionally log planner inputs. Our current Vercel Pro hosting setup, without Observability Plus, has a one-day runtime-log retention window. We have no configured log drains exporting these logs to an external logging service. See Vercel runtime-log limits.
The one-day window applies to runtime logs. It is not a promise that deployment/build records or Vercel's separate security and legal records are deleted within one day. Planner selections and brief notes are not included in our build logs. Vercel describes retention for information it controls in its Privacy Notice.
You can reset the checklist or close the page without exporting. Copying or downloading creates a copy under your control. ChatGPT separately handles conversation and tool-call history under your account settings and its policies; resetting this planner does not delete that history. Informational links open separate website pages, where the linked site's privacy policy applies.
